ventilation

Enjoy fresh air without heat loss!
Not only people need fresh air, but also the building in which they live.
Regular exchange of used air is particularly important in energy-efficient houses, as these buildings are very airtight.
The consequences of insufficient fresh air supply are moisture damage and the formation of mold.
To prevent this, we use fully automatic ventilation systems which, in contrast to window ventilation, hardly waste any heating energy.
With our ventilation systems, up to 90% of the heat is recovered. Allergy sufferers also have other advantages,
because special filters allowno pollen or dust in your living space.
The advantages of controlled living space ventilation at a glance:
  • Energy savings through controlled ventilation with heat recovery
  • Protection of the building structure against moisture damage and mold formation.
  • Ideal air quality in the house without pollen, dust or mites.
  • Regulated air exchange with almost no energy loss.
  • no drafts and system noise
  • Less noise pollution from outside

Central ventilation

Controlled living space ventilation with heat recovery:

Central ventilation systemshave acentral ventilation unit, which directs the fresh air to the rooms through an air distribution system.

It saves heating costs and continuously provides clean air without having to open a single window.

Decentralized ventilation

Decentralized ventilation unitsare installed completely in the wall. From there they supply the building with the necessary amount of fresh air.

The flexible way to ventilate in a controlled manner:

If you only want to connect individual rooms to a ventilation system or upgrade your ventilation.

Ventilation concept according to DIN 1946-6

The modernization of a building is usually associated with better thermal insulation and the installation of new windows.

This leads to a higher airtightness of the building and the minimum air exchange can no longer be guaranteed by infiltration through the building envelope.

Frequent manual ventilation would be necessary to ensure the necessary supply of fresh air.

Based on DIN 1946, a ventilation concept must therefore be drawn up for new buildings and renovations.

If more than 1/3 of the existing windows are replaced during renovation of single-family and multi-family houses or in a single-family house

If more than 1/3 of the roof area is resealed, a ventilation concept must be drawn up.

If necessary, the necessary ventilation measures must be determined and a ventilation system selected.
